Book Discussion Groups
Looking for a Book Group?
At the Main Library
The Wellesley Free Library sponsors a monthly book discussion group. Participants meet in the Library from 7:00 - 9:00 pm one Monday each month. Past favorites have included Independence Day, Plainsong, Grace Notes, Shadow Man, and The Bone People.
Information
New participants to the discussion are always welcome! Find out what this month's choice is by going to the Library Events Calendar or in person at the Reference Desk. Copies of the monthly titles are available at the Reference Desk for you to borrow.
The group is small, the readers are friendly, and the books are worth talking about. No need to register, and no long-term commitments. For the latest book discussion date and information, contact Megan Flynn by calling 781-235-1610 x1274 or via email at mflynn@minlib.net.
The Wellesley Free Library is pleased to help get new groups off to a comfortable start by offering the use of a meeting room for their first 3 meetings. The Reference Department will serve as a clearinghouse for members by collecting names, contact information, and broad reading preferences. When a minimum of 6 people has shown an interest, we will share the information and make a meeting room available for the first 3 meetings.
Minimum of six people required. For more information emailmdurda@minlib.net.
