Patrick Ahearn: Timeless

Thursday, November 29
7 PM, Main Library, Wakelin Room
A presentation and book signing with architect Patrick Ahearn. Ahearn’s historically motivated, human-scaled designs have advanced the art of place-making in some of America’s most affluent and storied destinations.  At this program, Ahearn will describe how he adapts and applies philosophy’s greater-good theory to each of his projects, encapsulating his belief that architecture has the power to improve lives, increase happiness, and encourage friendly interactions.  Ahearn’s book “Timeless: Classic American Architecture for Contemporary Living” will be available for sale and signing courtesy of Wellesley Books.  Free and open to the public; reserve your spot here.
