Get Tech Help at Open Computer Labs

There’s no need to be confused or unable to utilize the resources available to you. At the library, you will find librarians, technology instructors, and knowledgeable volunteers available to assist you in using your computer, tablet, or smart phone. (Please note that hardware repair is not offered.)  Simply drop in to the main library (Jackie’s Room) for Open Technology Lab on Mondays from 1:00pm – 4:00pm and Wednesdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm. There you can receive individualized help using your PC, software, mobile device and e-reader and have your questions answered about software, downloads and more. Bring your projects and plans! You can even call ahead (781-235-1610 x 1117) to make sure we are prepared to answer your specific question.
