You Can Make a Difference: WellesleyESL

Have you heard about WellesleyESL, an English language skills program for people who live and/or work in Wellesley?

Dedicated volunteers provide tutoring and classroom instruction to help adults develop language skills necessary for successful participation in the community as well as an understanding of life in the United States.  You can make a real difference in someone’s life by volunteering for 60-90 minutes per week.

Sign up for a free, 5-week training class to learn how to teach English to adults.  The class will meet at the main library on five Wednesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM:  February 26, March 4, 11, 18 & 25, 2020.

No previous experience is required.  To learn more, email Wellesley ESL Coordinator Karen Evans: WellesleyESL@minlib.net.
