Wellesley High School Author: Carrie Finison (1989)

            Carrie is the author of recent, delightful children’s books. They are:

            Dozens of Doughnuts (Putnam, 2020), which was selected Amazon Editors’ Pick (ages 3-5), BookRiot Must-Read Picture Book of 202; and was a Junior Library Guild selection. 

            Don’t Hug Doug (Putnam, 2021), which was named the ALA Notable Children’s Book 2022, Best Children’s Books 2022 (from the Bank Street College of Education); and which received Starred Reviews from Kirkus and Publishers Weekly. 

            Lulu & Zoey: A Sister Story (Running Press Kids, June 7, 2022).  Kirkus Reviews wrote “A simple, heartwarming ode to sisterhood,” and School Library Journal said “A solid choice to add to a school’s collection of sibling stories.”
