Making multiple reservations per day is not allowed.

Study Rooms

Study rooms are available to reserve in person up to 15 minutes in advance with no fee. Each study room is suitable for 1-2 people. 

Effective 12/1/2022, study rooms can only be reserved in person at the library no more than 15 minutes in advance.

Study Room Policy

  • One reservation, per person or per group, is allowed per day. 
  • The reservation allows for a maximum of a 2-hour consecutive block of time. 
  • Using multiple email addresses to make multiple reservations on the same day will result in loss of study room privileges. 
  • After making a reservation check for a confirmation email. Upon arrival at the library check-in through the link in the confirmation email and input the code. Go to the Information Desk with questions. Check-in is required within 15 minutes of the reservation start time or the reservation will be canceled. 
  • Failure to adhere Rules and Policies will be cause for either cancellation or suspension of the meeting. 
  • The Library reserves the right to enter a Study Room at any time. 
  • Rooms close 15 minutes prior to building close. 

Conference Rooms

Conference Room Policy

Free Conference Room Reservations:

  • One free reservation, per person or per group, is allowed per day.
  • The free reservation allows for a maximum of a 2-hour consecutive block of time.
  • Using multiple email addresses to make multiple reservations on the same day will result in loss of conference room privileges.
  • Failure to adhere Rules and Policies will be cause for either cancellation or suspension of the meeting. 
  • The Library reserves the right to enter a Conference Room at any time.
  • Rooms close 15 minutes prior to building close.

Paid Conference Room Reservations:

  • In-advance reservations can be made for a fee once per calendar month:
    • $25 for conference rooms with whiteboards (non-refundable)
    • $35 for conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities (non-refundable)
  • Book a PAID Conference Room online.

Conference rooms are suitable for up to 4 people. Conference rooms are available free to patrons in the building on a first come first served basis. In addition, conference rooms are available for paid advance reservations (any room reserved more than 15 minutes in advance).

Meeting Rooms

Meeting Rooms may only be reserved by organizations. 

Meeting Rooms 102 (Commons) and 204 (Second Floor) are available for reservations of up to 10 people.
Arnold Room is available for reservations of up to 20 people. 
Wakelin Room is available for reservations of up to 100 people.
