The Town of Wellesley has much to celebrate: its prestigious private colleges — Wellesley College and Babson College, a vital public school — Mass Bay Community College, top-tier public elementary and secondary schools, high property values, plentiful green space, a plethora of family-owned businesses, a vibrant business community, a lively restaurant scene, and simply wonderful neighbors and friends.
Indeed, there is much to tout about Wellesley, but did you know that Wellesley has produced an abundance of world renown, award winning writers who have written works of prominence and popularity spanning all genres of literature?
In honor of its gifted writers and illustrators, the Wellesley Free Library (WFL) is engaged in an ongoing project—Wellesley Authors & Illustrators Project—to establish a permanent Collection within the WFL, and we need your help!
Materials in the permanent Collection will include:
