To ensure the best possible service, please submit your request at least two weeks in advance. This allows time for us to process and place your holds. While items will begin to arrive after that point, we cannot guarantee their specific arrival dates. Once books do arrive at the library, they are held for six days from the date of the pickup notice before being returned to their library of origin. Please note that this means the books will need to be picked up as they arrive, rather than waiting until the full order is available. Please note: A maximum of 50 titles can be on hold per account.
Once we receive your completed form, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

All requested items must be picked up at the Wellesley Free Library using the library card that was used to submit this request. All materials checked out are the financial responsibility of the library card holder, including any lost or damaged items.
*While we will do our best to fulfill your requested materials, we cannot guarantee that all reserved items will be available or will arrive from other libraries. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
