Nancy began her painting career in oils in the field of Decorative Arts. She later moved into watercolors. Nancy believes that a successful painting both pleases the eye and touches something deep in the soul of the viewer.

ARTIST: VASILIA LASKARIS
Pastels, oils, watercolor, acrylic, charcoal – Vasilia Laskaris enjoys drawing and painting in any of these media. Her choice depends on the subject matter and mood. She has an affinity to portraiture due to her keen interest in people and ‘physiognomies’. Greece, its people and places, is a constant source of subject matter during frequent visits.
